Who are Colmar Brunton?
Colmar Brunton are a full service, market research agency. They talk to New Zealanders and collect their opinions and thoughts on products, services, companies, politics and policy to help shape New Zealand’s future. Colmar Brunton conducts one-off surveys and polls, as well as regular ongoing consumer and business panels.
How can I collect Points with Colmar Brunton?
All Fly Buys Members can sign up to collect points with Colmar Brunton just for completing surveys. You will have to sign up to receive either consumer or business email survey invitations by completing the simple form here. Colmar Brunton will then invite you to complete surveys on products and services that are relevant to you. You will be selected to receive a survey from time to time, based on your age, gender and geographic location.
How many points can I collect for completing a survey?
Fly Buys Members who sign up, may receive an email invitation to complete a survey from time to time (as many as 30 per year). Colmar Brunton will have different things to ask each time, so you may or may not qualify to collect points for each survey. So, for example, if you received 8 surveys per year, you might qualify for 6. If you do not qualify for a particular survey, you will still automatically be entered into a monthly prize draw to win 500 Fly Buys Points! Once you have qualified and completed the survey you will see a confirmation screen and you will collect a minimum of 10 standard points. A standard survey takes approximately 10 - 15 minutes and can be completed at any time before the survey closing date. There may be occasions where the surveys are longer and completion of these surveys will be rewarded appropriately with Bonus Points.
What if I have not received a survey for a while?
Colmar Brunton will select appropriate cardholders to receive surveys based on the type of product or service that the survey is about. Not every survey will be relevant to every Member. You will only be invited to complete a survey when the product or service is relevant to you. Because of this, there is no guarantee that you will be asked to complete a survey.
What if another member of my household wants to fill out the surveys?
Every Fly Buys cardholder is eligible to sign up to receive either consumer or business survey invitations from Colmar Brunton and collect points. So ask other cardholders in your household to sign up.
How long will it take to get the points?
Points will appear on your account approximately two weeks after the closing date of each survey.
Will my details be passed on to Colmar Brunton?
By signing up, you agree to allow us to pass the details you provide to Colmar Brunton to allow them to select the correct people for each survey. These details will not be used for any other purpose. What if I no longer want to receive surveys?
You can opt-out at anytime when you receive an email from Colmar Brunton, by clicking the opt-out link in the email. Once you opt-out you will not receive any more Colmar Brunton surveys, but you can still receive Fly Buys emails. You can also sign up again at any time at the Fly Buys website.
